Carol Mahan
Sr. Vice President of Business Operations and Finance
Carol joined the KBC Team in August of 2016. She brings with her over 35 years experience in construction accounting. As Corporate Controller, Carol manages all segments of finacial operations, including managing the staff responsible for generating payroll, payables and receivables.

Shawn possesses over 20 years of sales and marketing experience. He specializes in the development of new clients and opportunities for Greylock Roofing. Currently, Shawn is the President of the New England Chapter of RCI and is a active member of CSI, BOMA, CAI and is a Friend of IREM.

Kevin Malloy
General Superintendent
Kevin has been in the roofing industry for over 30 years. A graduate of Boston University, he has experience providing roofing services for both the private and public sectors.

Marcelo Rosales
Roofing Estimator
Marcelo joined Greylock Roofing Company, Inc. in 2015 and has been promoted up through the ranks during his tenure with the firm. He is customer friendly, with a strong work ethnic, Marcello is doing a great job leading the Greylock estimating department.

Beverly Randazza
Accounts Payable/Payroll Manager
Beverly joined the GRC team in November of 2015 and has quickly become a key member of the office and finance staff.  Beverly possesses over 25 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable. She also graduated from Katharine Gibbs School in the Advanced Secretarial Program, and she is a graduate of Northeastern University with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration.

Brad Maille
Service Manager
Brad has been with the Greylock Team since 2014. Initially hired as a roofer, he quickly rose in the ranks to foreman and as a service technician. Now, as a Service Manager, Brad is an important part of the equation in all aspects of operations. Brad has extensive knowlege with roofing, siding and framing. He is well liked amongst all and is considered a company guy.

In Memory of Paul Quinlan
Former Warehouse Manager
Paul “Quinnie” was employed by the Greylock Roofing Company ownership for over 28 years. He was the Warehouse Manager from 2014 until his passing on April 6, 2021. He had previously held a supervisor role for group since 2001. He will be missed by all who knew him.
